Six facets. One program.
Each one a lens.

Each module stands completely alone — attend one, or build the full picture. All workshops are delivered on-site in Munich, in groups of up to 8 participants.

Module 1 | Next session: 30 Sept–2 Oct 2026 | Königshof Munich

Communication in the Age of Noise

From executive storytelling to AI-era communication challenges. Written and oral skills, audience adaptation, crisis communication, and the brand narrative that holds it all together. Executives leave with a personal communication asset built during the workshop and a clear framework for navigating what AI brings to communication.

Module 2 | Date to be announced

Intercultural Leadership & People Skills

Flex your intercultural muscles. Managing diverse global teams, navigating different communication and leadership styles, working productively with frustration and misalignment, and staying authentically yourself while adapting to what different team members need. Participants leave with a personal cultural flex plan.

Module 3 | Date to be announced

Data Storytelling, Literacy & Mindset

From data-driven decisions to owning your narrative. Data literacy for decision-makers, the art of data storytelling, navigating AI-generated data, and adapting your message for boards, teams, and media audiences without losing accuracy or impact. Participants build a real data story for their own organisation during the workshop.

Module 4 | Date to be announced

The Human Factor in Modern Leadership

Coaching tools in practice. Self-knowledge as a leadership foundation, open questions as a leadership tool, and creating the conditions for your team to do their best work. Participants practice coaching conversations in triads and each receive a live facilitated coaching session during the workshop.

Module 5 | Date to be announced

The Relativity Theory for Executives

On staying yourself, finding your voice, and questioning the rules you inherited. The role of humour in leadership, cultural relativity of "success rules", and what executive presence actually means — for you. Participants leave with a personal manifesto and a clearer sense of which professional rules serve them.

Module 6 | Date to be announced

Personal Branding, Social Selling & Visibility

Own your narrative, build your presence, make your work visible. From personal brand strategy to LinkedIn and thought leadership — while authentically representing the organisations you work for. Participants leave with a rewritten LinkedIn profile and a piece of ready-to-publish thought leadership content.

"We built the programme we wished had existed when we were the ones sitting in the room. And we built it together because some things only work when one plus one is greater than two."
